Deep Tissue Massage

image

Focusing on deeper tissue layers, this strong, firm massage will release the tension in your body and relieve strain or discomfort from tightness or knots. Whileit isn’t the gentlest of therapies, it will leave you feeling great - just like the rest of our massages!

Sports Massage

image

An invigorating massage that works to realign muscle fibres and connective tissue whilst flushing away toxins and the build-up of lactic acid in hard-worked muscles. This massage may also include some gentle stretching. Perfect for post-exercise recovery, this therapy is highly recommended for preventing or improving sports injuries or discomfort.

Swedish Relaxing Massage

image

Designed to improve circulation, soothe muscles and encourage relaxation, Swedish massage delivers gliding strokes along the body with lighter pressure for bonier parts of the body, combined with firmer pressure where there is more muscle. This is the mother of all Western massage techniques and will bring you harmony and happiness.

Lomi Lomi Massage

image

A softer more relaxing therapy that concentrates on long, flowing, uninterrupted and rhythmic strokes using the hands, forearms, and elbows. In Hawaiian culture, LomiLomi is often considered to deliver both spiritual and physical benefits. It won’t work out those knots in your muscles, but it will make you feel utterly brilliant.

Pregnancy Massage

Slow, soothing, and calming, a pregnancy massage can help to alleviate muscular discomfort and tightening, reduce swelling, and ease sciatic pain. The nurturing nature of this therapy reduces physical and emotional stress whilst improving circulation. Pregnancy is the hardest job in the world; you deserve some pampering.

Reflexology

With this treatment our therapist works on reflex points on your feet, hands, and ears that are thought to relate to organs and glands in the body. By stimulating those points with finger pressure we look to promote good health in those organs and glands via the body's interconnected energy pathways. But perhaps most importantly, it feels great. Have this one on it's own or in combination with one of our other treatments for a real feet treat.
